Vietnamese food can be tricky it’s sweet and full of flavor so be careful what you get. This place is pretty good and the servers are friendly and don’t mind explaining things. I had the crab Rangoon very crispy hot and authentic, the beef Jerkey which was warm and sweet, it came with sticky rice and a tomato sauce to die for. , I also ordered the seafood pad Thai which came with peanuts, octopus/squid, and shrimp, and lastly a strawberry lemonade soda. Everything was very good. I cannot wait to go back and try something new!!

I love trying foods from all different kinds of cultures. I recently saw this place open, and was very eager to try it! The lady on the phone was very knowledgeable explaining the dishes and I decided to try their Pad Thai, Pad Ke-Po, and Lao Sausage. The Lao Sausage came with sticky rice and was fire! Love it! I have two great locations in Rockford that serve Laotian food now!

The food was amazing very fresh, and so delicious. I don't usually have a good experience when eating out so I rarely do, but this was great. I had the Pad Kee Mao, the pot stickers and the Crab Rangoon. Looking at the website you would think it was fast food, but it's not, everything was cooked fresh so you do wait a few minutes for your food but not to long.

SRB did not disappoint! The service was excellent, the food was great and the place will surprise you. They have a vegan menu and very accommodating for diets. Awesome option in Rockford!

Ordered the crispy chicken wings, beef laab (sour and Lao spicy! ) that came with broth on the side, spicy Lao sausage, and brown sugar milk tea. The sticky rice and food was authentic and sublime!! The laab was so refreshing and spicy, we were sweating and couldn’t stop eating. The sausage had a nice blend of spice and herbiness. The interior was clean and cute and the service was friendly and speedy. The sausage did take a little while to come out (I believe since it’s roasted and they apparently make it in-house!) and they ran out boba pearls, but you could really tell the staff cares for their customers and the overall deliciousness and value for 2 adults and a toddler eating was incredible. We were only passing through Rockford, but we’ll have to come back! Pictured: Lao sausage only because we dug into everything else so fast

Visiting the area and found Sticky Rice Bites through the city's Restaurant Week. So glad we stopped. The atmosphere is cute and relaxing. Service was wonderful, just the right amount of visits to the table. Food was so tasty. We ordered the restaurant week specials: egg rolls crab Rangoon, pad ka pow, pad see ew, chocolate banana roll, nam wan taro boua loi, thai iced tea, and Lao iced coffee. The Rangoon was perfect. Not too sweet and you could taste the crab. Was told the egg rolls were very good. The main dishes had wonderful flavors that blended well. The desserts and drinks were a perfect bookend to the meal. We will definitely be back the next time we are visiting.

So far atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. The place is adorable!! And out waitress was very sweet and knowledgeable since we didn’t have a clue what we wanted!! Oh wow we ordered the crab Rangoon, egg rolls, Lao spicy sausage, Pad Thai seafood, drunken noodles, and a Beef salad that came with soup I do not remember the name.. they were all fantastic my favorite was probably the egg rolls though... wow! So glad we stopped in here can’t wait to come back!!
